Terms of Service

Welcome to SMSora. By creating an account or using the SMSora website or Android app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What SMSora provides

SMSora is a self-service platform for renting private virtual mobile numbers for a limited time window, so you can receive SMS verification codes (OTP) on services you choose. Numbers are supplied through upstream telecommunications providers and resold to you through the SMSora catalog at the price shown before purchase.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use SMSora.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Creating duplicate accounts to abuse promotions, referral rewards or free credit is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
• Funds added to your wallet are held as Orbit credit (see section 4). Wallet credit is a prepaid balance for buying numbers — it is not a bank balance, it earns no interest, and it cannot be withdrawn as cash.

3. Buying a number

• When you buy a number, the sale price is held from your wallet immediately and the number is reserved for you for 20 minutes.
• The held amount is charged permanently when the first SMS/OTP is received on that number for your selected service.
• Cancelling: during the first 3 minutes of an activation, cancellation is locked. After that, you may cancel any time before an SMS arrives and the held amount is refunded to your wallet in full.
• Next SMS: while a number is active you can request additional codes on the same number (up to 3 extra codes) within the remaining time window, at no extra charge for the same service.
• When the 20-minute window ends, the number is released automatically. If no SMS was received, the hold is refunded automatically in full.

4. Orbit wallet and pricing

• Prices are shown in Orbit, our in-app credit. 50 Orbit = $1.00 USD.
• Minimum pricing is 10 Orbit for most services and 50 Orbit for WhatsApp.
• Wallet top-ups are added manually after payment confirmation through our official support channel. Top-ups are non-refundable once the credit has been used for purchases.
• Referral rewards: you may earn 20% of a referred user's successful wallet top-up, credited to your wallet as Orbit. Self-referrals and fake referrals are prohibited.

5. Acceptable use — strict

SMSora numbers may only be used for lawful, personal account verification. You must not use SMSora to:

• Break any law or regulation, or the terms of service of any other platform;
• Create fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or impersonate any person or business;
• Circumvent bans, restrictions or security controls of any service;
• Harvest OTP codes belonging to other people, or access accounts that are not yours;
• Scam, defraud, spam or harass anyone in any way;
• Resell received codes or operate an automated code-reselling service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, and refuse refunds, where we reasonably believe these rules were violated.

6. Service availability and OTP delivery

Number availability, pricing and SMS delivery depend on upstream suppliers and mobile networks we do not control. Some price tiers carry a lower chance of receiving an OTP for certain services — this is shown before you buy. We never guarantee that an OTP will arrive for a specific service or country. If no SMS arrives, your money is refunded automatically under section 3.

7. No affiliation with third-party platforms

SMSora is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Telegram, Google, TikTok, Twitter/X, or any other platform whose services appear in our catalog. All product names, logos and brands are property of their respective owners and are used only to identify which platform a number can receive codes for.

8. Suspension, termination and changes

You may stop using SMSora and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
